  • It depends on the format we build for you. Most video podcasts run weekly or biweekly, since consistency is what actually builds an audience. We'll set a cadence in Strategy Design that fits your schedule and your goals.

  • You don't have to be. We can use Generative AI to turn a single recording session into a steady stream of on-brand video content, so you get consistent output without a camera crew showing up every week.

  • Timelines depend on the scope of the project, but we'll give you a clear production schedule during Discovery, so you know exactly when your first piece goes live and what the ongoing cadence looks like.

  • Both work. Solo-format shows are popular for personal branding, and we also handle remote guests making your video seamless.

  • Both, depending on what fits the story you're telling. In-studio works well for clean executive headshots, while on-location shoots capture more lifestyle and environmental context. We'll recommend the right setting during planning.

We offer tiered packages from Starter to Full Production, and we'll give you an exact quote once we understand what you need. Book a conversation and we'll walk you through it.

  • This varies by service. Photography and signature story videos are often single projects. Video podcasts, HeyGen content, and ad placement work best as ongoing engagements, since consistency is what drives results. We'll recommend the right structure for what you're trying to achieve.

  • Discovery is where we learn your story, your audience, and your goals, usually through a working session or two. It's the foundation everything else is built on, and we move through it quickly so we can get to production without losing momentum.
